We review every application carefully. If there’s a match on skills, our Talent team will reach out for a short intro call to get to know each other, and give you a quick look at how we work at JustPlay.
2. Hiring Manager interview
Next, you’ll meet the Hiring Manager to go deeper on the role, the team, and day-to-day impact.
Bring real examples from your previous experience — we love specifics.
3. Home assignment
Some roles include a short home assignment. It’s the fairest way to show how you think — and to see the work at JustPlay up close. We keep it tight and respectful of your time.
4. Final interview
& decision
You’ll meet a member of our leadership team for a two-way fit check: values, ways of working, and where we’re headed. If we’re aligned, we move quickly with an offer, set your start date, and plug you into the JustPlay Engine.
